Its a busy weekend for the staff at Fast Forward with Bob and his two friends Steve and Dave running round the Isle of Wight on the coastal path doing 70 miles in 15 hours for BLESMA. Pete is racing the Netley 10 k at Victoira Park Southhampton for his Running Club Overton Harrires in the final Hampshire Road League race of the season with an eye on beating his 10 k P.B.
