Since the last time we updated the blog one of our members of staff sam has competed for Great Britain under 20's Decathlon squad. At the event held at Watford Sam came 4th out of 16 competitors from Great Britain ,France and Switzerland. He narrowly missed third place by 30 points!
Coming up shortly on wednesday the 15th of september will be Fast Forward Running's one year anniversary, pop by the shop to take advantage of our special offers in the anniversary time period.
In the next couple of months our members of staff will be participating in a variety of different runs.
In october Bob, Pete and Josh will be competing in the royal parks half marathon which is being held in london, currently were all training in preparation for the event.
Also in november we will once again be competing in the Saab Salomon Turbo-X, this is to be held at Bordon and is a hardcore trail race full of muddy bogs and sharp hills, should be fun!
