Monthly update

April has been a busy month for the shop and the staff at Fast Forward Running, with the first sponsered race by Fast Forward Running which was the Hurtsbourne 5, with a total of 134 entries, with 116 running on the day. The winner of the event was Thomas Bouwlby-pearson with the time of 32.29. Last weekend Bob Chatterton of Fast Forward Running and friend Steve Morris completed a 150 mile run from Aldershot to Woodbridge in 43 hours for Help for Heroes. Pete Williams of Fast Forward Running has completed two races in the past month, first being Combe gibbet 16 mile off road race and came 12th over all, with a time of 1 hour 47, also the 209 events 10k at Dunsfold park he came 7th over all with a time of 37.29.

Bob Chatterton and Steve Morris completed their training run for Rhine 2 Rock, they started out at Aldershot at 6pm on Saturday night and ran to Tower Bridge London in just under 9 hours. It was a successful training run and things look good for the event.

Pete Williams from Fast Forward Running competed in a 10k run at Brooklands and came 10th overall with a PB of 37:37.
