London to Brighton ultra marathon
Starting at Greenwich Common at 0700 hrs on Sunday 5th October, Billy Morris completed the "Extreme Run" from London to the Brighton Pavilion in just over 14 hours in the most awful weather conditions.

-Ready for the off in Greenwich Park at 0700hrs Sunday 5th October 08

-Competitors Assemble for the start

-Check Point (CP)1 - checking the map

-Up hill slip and slide to CP3

-At least the road is dry - well in the middle!

-A quick rest and a pork pie

-'Magic Cream' application

-Beginning to feel the strain

-2114 hrs - the finish line next to the Brighton Pavilion - amazing the affect donning a Red Beret has!

-And he has the medal to prove he did it! A total distance of just under62 miles - Well done Billy

First Blog!

This is the first blog from the guys at Fast Forward Running, to let everyone know that our website is now live!
Fast Forward is committed to being Hampshire’s best running resource. The personal service and individual fitting process at Fast Forward will be unlike that of the normal sports shop.
Fast Forward is a place where people can expect to get great service, great shoes and great gear. We also want it to be where people come to socialise, to train, and to learn more about running.
The shops staff are runners themselves, so they know what there talking about unlike other sports shops.
So go visit our website http://www.fastforwardrunning.co.uk/
Or come and visit us at....
